He has a reputation of best the best in the whole Chicagoland area. I found Frank to very very honest and easy to work with. Frank to me what he can do and he did it. Something not found in todays business world. Franks work is just like factory. Basically perfect. I gave Frank 5 stars in this review. If 100 stars were available he would get 100. He's that good. So happy with my project and how it came out
